Frank Busalacchi and the Marquette Interchange Team
Building Advantage has hung its hard hat on union contractors and trades people completing projects on time and on budget. When the news was released about the Marquette Interchange Project meeting both of these objectives, it was an easy decision to present Frank Busalacchi, Wisconsin Department of Transportation Secretary, and the Marquette Interchange Project Team with an award thanking the team for using primarily union construction and congratulating them for a job well done.
