2007 All-Construction Career Fair Hits the Mark
Every year more and more students and teachers learn that the construction trades offer a viable career path. This year a record number of people learned this valuable lesson.
On March 20, the Allied Construction Employers Association (ACEA) and Building Advantage held the fifth-annual All-Construction Career Fair at the Waukesha County Expo Center. More than 1,400 students, parents and educators attended the event, which set a new record. To accommodate the expected increase in attendance, the ACEA moved the event from one to two days.
The event received media coverage in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, Waukesha Freeman, Daily Reporter and on WISN-TV.
Thanks go out to the more than 20 crafts and trainers that demonstrated their skills and education with hands-on displays.
