The Power of One Summer Tour
This summer, Building Advantage is organizing job site tours to help Building Advantage union professionals understand what it takes to have a successful career in today's union. These tours will consist of a Building Advantage representative, your crew, a 20-minute conversation about solutions to our industry challenges, and lunch on us. We're also giving away free t-shirts and other goodies.
The Power of One means that every person on your crew has the ability to impact the overall success of your projects. Building Advantage exists to promote the work you perform as representing a higher standard of excellence. This higher standard is our promise to your customer. Consistently delivered, it's also your opportunity to enjoy the many benefits of a career in union construction.
Despite the strong construction market we're experiencing in Southeastern Wisconsin, the union construction industry is facing several challenges. That's why we're talking to crews like yours about how each person has the power to make a difference and add value to customers.
Don't miss this opportunity to understand your role and the role of every person on your crew to build even more success into your projects every day. If you manage a union construction crew and would like to schedule a visit, or would like more information about the 2007 Power of One Tour, contact John Topp at (262) 229-5959.
