Union Construction Career Fair
On March 18, 2008 from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Waukesha County Expo Center, the Allied Construction Employers Association (ACEA) and Building Advantage are holding their sixth annual Union Construction Career Fair. The event will focus primarily on high school students and graduates who are interested in a career in union construction.
The career fair provides an opportunity for any individuals interested in the trades to learn about union construction apprenticeship opportunities. There will be onsite demonstrations by many of the area's construction unions as well as training coordinators on hand from each union to discuss apprenticeships and careers. The coordinators will be able to offer advice on how to begin a career in the unions.
If you or anyone you know are interested in attending, please visit buildingadvantage.org or call (262) 785-1430 for more information.
